I am British born, with Nigerian heritage and have been living in Germany for the past 17 years. My diverse cultural upbringing, linguistic abilities and exposure to different cultures throughout my working career have further sharpened my natural curiosity about people and equipped me with a highly-attuned antenna.

I am a warm, empathetic and self-aware coach who can form good working alliances with my clients. My approach has an integrated relational orientation, which means that I am not solely focused at only the cognitive level of interaction. I will use myself as a powerful resource, as I bring, corporate and leadership development experience and the ability to move clients from their ‘heads’ to their ‘hearts.’ I am energised by the power and impact of co-created ‘aha’ moments.
